This poppy charm is exquisite and I really love it. It's nice to find quality poppy jewelry--so much of it is cheap red plastic. This charm is very, very nice. I had an issue with the chain I ordered: it broke the first time I wore it. As soon as I mentioned this to the seller, she immediately offered to send a replacement chain at no extra charge or to refund me the price of the chain. I thought that was more than fair of her. All in all a very positive transaction and I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
